Tuition is due on or before the 5th of the month and may be paid via cash, check, money order, Paypal, Cash App,
The studio also offers online automatic payments through the website.
An annual registration fee of $40 is due on or before August 15th.
Olympia Music Teacher's Association Festivals
Fees are required for two of the OMTA festivals: Sonatina and Jazz, Pop and Duet. They run about $5 per festival
Fees for the Auditions are assessed as to level and length of program. They range from $20-$80 averaging in the $30 range. Fees are non-refundable.
Late Payment Penalty
If tuition is not paid by the 5th, a late penalty of $10.00 will be assessed. Lessons will be suspended after the 10th until payment is brought up to date. If not paid by the last day of the month, lessons will be considered terminated.
Insufficient Funds Penalty
A $30.00 charge will be assessed for checks returned for insufficient funds.
Tuition pays for a course package of reserved time-slots plus any or all of the listed services below. Tuition is calculated on the intent to study for one year and is divided into monthly or quarterly payments. If signing after the first of the month, tuition is prorated for the remainder of the month. Tuition is non-refundable. The teacher reserves the right to increase tuition at the beginning of each academic year.
